Order processing:
After you complete the order, the order enters the processing status, including the following steps:
1. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the order information (if it is a wholesale order or there is a problem with the address).
2. If it is a customized product: it takes 7-15 working days to produce. Since the process complexity of customized products is different, the completion time will be different, and the production time may even be longer. Therefore, our customer service team will communicate with you about the relevant matters of customized products.
Transportation time:
Customized products: 30-50days(including production time)

Other countries:
International shipping: 10-15 working days
Sea shipping: 20-40 days
In most cases, your order will arrive within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors.
If your package has been delivered or the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately within 10 business days of the order date.

Taxes:
