Order processing:After you complete the order, the order enters the processing status, including the following steps:

1. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the order information (if it is a wholesale order or there is a problem with the address).
2. If it is a customized product: it takes 7-15 working days to produce. Since the process complexity of customized products is different, the completion time will be different, and the production time may even be longer. Therefore, our customer service team will communicate with you about the relevant matters of customized products.

Shipping Method:International express, USPS, DHL, sea transportation, etc. (We will choose the most appropriate transportation method according to the actual situation. If it is a customized product, in order to save transportation costs, we recommend that you choose the sea transportation method.)

Ready-to-Ship Products

Most standard Flowerva products are ready to ship.

Estimated transit time: 10–15 business days.

Eligible orders of $145 or more receive free standard shipping.

Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

 

Custom & Oversized Products

Custom-made and oversized floral installations require additional preparation.

Production Time: Approximately 7–10 business days.

Standard Shipping

Approximately 20–25 business days, depending on destination and product size.

Because oversized products require special handling, delivery times may vary.

Customs Duties & Clearance

For our Standard Shipping service, applicable customs duties and import taxes are covered by us.

Expedited Shipping is provided through international carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. If customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.

If customs authorities require the recipient to provide additional information, documentation, or an import tax identification number (such as a Tax ID, VAT number, EIN, or other applicable identification), the recipient is responsible for providing the required information promptly.

Any delays, additional charges, storage fees, or other consequences resulting from the recipient's failure or delay in providing the required information or documentation will be the responsibility of the recipient.
