Making petal shapes requires materials such as iron wire, hot melt glue, and hot melt glue gun. Suggest going to an offline convenience store or purchasing directly from our store(search for keywords wire, glue to get products).
When the fabric is received, there may be some wrinkles or creases. It can be restored by leaving it for a while.

Please let us know your event date when placing your order, regardless of the shipping method selected. This helps us plan production and delivery accordingly.
3. Returns & Refunds
As our products are handmade, minor imperfections and natural variations are part of the handcrafted process. Returns or refunds cannot be accepted for these characteristics or normal handmade marks.
If your product arrives damaged during transit, please contact us with photos and videos of the damage so we can assist you.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to cancel or modify an order must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order and before production begins or the order is shipped.
After 48 hours, the order will be considered approved for production, and cancellations, changes, or refunds due to ordering errors will no longer be accepted.
